Regarding fitness, I’m really proud of what I have done for myself.  Some may feel that I’m a bit abnormal of giving up 20 minutes sleep everyday only to do some calisthenics first in the morning.  In fact it was these 20 minutes every morning had rescued me from hell.  At some stage I was so weak that even Red Cross refused my blood donation.  In view of my doctor’s repeated advices, I started doing my morning exercise and it worked out like miracle.  And I have been doing this since 1987 and I’m sure I’m going to do it for the rest of my life. 

This experience told me that a little something everyday that we do for our health is going to create huge benefits.  Health is wealth.  So, start creating your health and wealth today.

You would notice from my blogs that I write a lot on fasting.  Yes, I’ve been on intermittent fasting, in short IF, for some 5 years.  Again, I’m going to do it for the rest of my life.  People without such experience can’t imagine its health benefits.  You may want to read this article go get more insights about my fasting weight loss success.
